Also known as the Big Buddha, it is a large bronze statue of over 34m in height and was completed in 1993. Located in Ngong Ping on Lantau Island, which you will be visiting from Hong Kong island via a cable car. The statue is located near the Po Lin Monastery and attracts local worshippers and tourists from all over the world whenever they visit Hong Kong.
